A link to the details of the ticket can be included on your reports, if you have a report with an excel output then the "ticket number" field will include a hot link that will lead you to the details of the ticket.

Stop SLA

Stop SLA addon pauses the escalation time of a ticket based on a selected state (previously configured to stop SLA). Your agents will be able to select a state to stop the escalation time exactly when they want to do it. Then changing the state will start the escalation time again.

Templates and Multi-forms allows you to display different dynamic fields based on the selection of type and service.
