You have the right to full refund within 5 working days if:
- add-on you've purchased doesn't work on your platform. In such case we will need a proof to be delivered. It can be attached screenshot with a description of the error.
You don't have the right to full refund if:
- add-on works correctly but not as expected. Reason for that is that we put a lot of effort to make sure that description of our add-ons is up to date. In addition all Premium add-ons have recorded presentations recorded on Youtube. All that work is done to make sure we are on the same page when you press "Order" button.
Netherless - we try to satisfy all customers so even if there's something what can be fixed - we try to do our best to do so.
