Currently we work hard on expanding our add-on database. In addition our ultimate goal is to make sure that all add-ons published on our website our tested and well documented. OTRS is a great piece of software but only if community will wake up and start moving forward a little bit more actively then it's doing it now. It took us quite a lot of time to understand that there is plenty of people still looking for new functionalities for OTRS. At first OTRSAddons.com was only an informational page on which one you could find out - what and where can be found as an add on for OTRS. After a while we have decided to gather that information in more structural and complex way. We hope that this particular work will help the community to grow and work on one of the most mature and valid servicedesk platforms available free worldwide.
