Once you order the package we will contact you within max. 48 hours. We deploy your support package within max. 5 working days.

During that time we will have to do a few things:

1. Receive a generated Support Bundle list (from you)

2. Provide you an access to our Customer Portal

Once this is done - we can go ahead and start our work for you.
