I. Overview

Our addon links services and queues. It limits the number of possible displayed services according to the queue which the service is linked to. It helps agents and clients to create tickets faster and more accurately. It also works the other way around so based on the queue you select then it displays the linked services OR based on the service you select it displays the linked queues, this can be change on the configuration depending your needs.

 

II. Supported Versions

Service Queue Filtering addon is supported by OTRS Community Edition version 6.x.x.
