Advanced Stop SLA addon pauses the escalation time of a ticket with a new button that is displayed in the agent portal on the ticket view zoom screen. Your agents will be able push the button to stop/start the escalation time exactly when they want to do it.

Advanced Stop SLA addon is supported by OTRS Community Edition version 6.x.x.
