If you want to relate Customers (companies) to Services, you can use this addon, it will add the option to relate services to customers (customer_id) and not only to customer users (persons), with this option your services can be easily assigned when you handle a lot of customers and customer users.

Customer Services Assignment addon is supported by OTRS Community Edition version 6.x.x.
